Every used welding machine sold by Buy Used Welding Machine is professionally inspected before it is listed for sale. We strive to ensure that each machine meets our quality standards and is accurately described with specifications, photographs, and condition details.

As these are used industrial machines, normal cosmetic wear such as scratches, paint fading, or minor dents may be present and should not be considered defects.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only under specific circumstances.

You may be eligible to request a return if:

• You received the wrong machine or product.
• The machine was significantly damaged during shipping.
• The item received is substantially different from the product description.
• We approve the return after reviewing your request.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

• Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
• Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Keep the machine in the same condition as received.
• Return all accessories, manuals, cables, and included components (if applicable).

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

• Machines sold "As-Is" or marked as Final Sale.
• Equipment damaged due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications after delivery.
• Machines damaged after acceptance by the customer.
• Products returned without authorization.
• Items missing original accessories or components that were included with the shipment.

4. Return Authorization Process

Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team.

Your request should include:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Product Name
• Date of Purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if shipping damage occurred)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
